Abstract

Objective:To explore the correlation between ultrasonography and pathology for hysteromyoma and to discuss the misdiagnosis cause.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made in data for B-ultrasound,operation,pathology of hysteromyoma in 86 cases.Results Diagnosis with B-ultrasound was completely coincided with pathology in 69 cases,approximately in 11 cases (total correct rate 93%),misdiagnosed in 6 cases(7%).Among them,an endometrioid polyp's patient,an endometriosis intirna's,a local endometriosis intima's and a subserosa endometriosis was respectively misdiagnosed for hystermyoma,two hysteromyoma in cervices uteri were misdiagnosed ovarionous.Conclusion:The correspondent rate of diagnosis with B-ultrasound in hysteromyoma is more than 90%,the cause of misdiagnosis multiple reasons.
