Laparoscopic Operation Combined with Diphereline in Treatment of Endometriosis Associated with Sterility

Objective To study the efficacy of laparoscopic operation combined with Diphereline in the treatment of endometriosis associated with sterility.Methods One hundreds and seventy-two pati-ents with endometriosis and sterility were treated with operation alone(operation group,n=84)or in combination with drugs(combination group,n=88).Patients were followed-up for 1-24 months.The pregnancy rate was compared between the two groups.Results A total of 167 patients were followed-up.The total pregnant ratio was 55.69%.The pregnancy rate in combination group was significantly higher than that in operation group(63.95% vs 46.91%,P0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with laparoscopic operation and Diphereline for endometriosis associated with sterility has the advantages of minimal invasion,rapid postoperative recovery and high pregnancy rate.
