Based on the three-parameter Weibull distribution function, combined with the principle of accelerated life tests, this study analyzes the equipment service life characteristics of the power cylinder and pneumatic solenoid valve found in mine safety systems. Experimental test data are obtained and the service life characteristics are determined with respect to time, temperature, humidity, and dust concentration through a modified three-parameter Weibull distribution function. A display interface for monitoring the equipment data and reliability results is established using Matlab, and the reliability of emergency control equipment is evaluated. The results show that the proposed reliability evaluation system overcomes the shortcomings of traditional reliability calculation factors such as temperature and humidity, and reduces the calculation error by 14.9%. The proposed approach improves the fitting degree between the reliability function and the actual reliability change curve, and enables real-time reliability evaluations of emergency control equipment.
