Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression and significance of MMP-2、MMP-9 and TIMP-1、TIMP-2 in endometriosis(EMs)in serum Methods:The levels of MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in serum about 55 patients with EMs and 30 cases in the control group.Results:The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in EMs were significantly higher than that of control group,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Ⅲ-Ⅳperiod were significantly higher than that of Ⅰ-Ⅱperiod and control group,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were significantly lower than Ⅰ-Ⅱperiod and control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:MMP-2 and MMP-9 in EMs related to the occurrence and development,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 to MMP-2 and MMP-9 level adjustment play an important role.
