Abstract
Features of hormonal and lipide profile at 70 women of reproductive age at neurometabolic endocrine syndrome in dynamics of complex therapy with antiandrogenic effect are investigated. The patients at overweight, who are not planning pregnancy, were prescribed Yarina preparation within 12 months (ethinylestradiol + drospirenone), at normal body mass Jeanine preparation (ethinylestradiol + dienogest), and also androcur 25 mg/day from the 1st to the 15th day of menstrual cycle during six cycles. The patients with high level of prolactin previously were conducted therapy with dostinex on 250 mkg 2 times a week to normalization of prolactin level. The positive clinical effect is gained as a result of the combined therapeutic correction of neurometabolic endocrine syndrome: authentic normalization of hormonal and lipide profiles, correction of metabolic disturbances and body mass, and restoration of menstrual function.
