The patients with high level of prolactin previously were conducted therapy with dostinex on 250 mkg 2 times a week to normalization of prolactin level. The positive clinical effect is gained as a result of the combined therapeutic correction of neurometabolic endocrine syndrome: authentic normalization of hormonal and lipide profiles, correction of metabolic disturbances and body mass, and restoration of menstrual function.
