The study then applied these materials to light-emitting diodes and laser diodes and explored the optical properties of these materials based on the results of their application. The characterization results show that light-emitting diodes and laser diode lighting devices prepared using these two materials exhibit significant light intensity at 400nm-500nm and 560nm-670nm wavelengths, respectively. The excellent illumination properties of these two carbon quantum dot fluorescence conversion materials are explained through research and development. develop and design graphene quantum dots and carbon quantum dots, and to characterize their structural morphology. The study then applied these materials to light-emitting diodes and laser diodes and explored the optical properties of these materials based on the results of their application. The characterization results show that light-emitting diodes and laser diode lighting devices prepared using these two materials exhibit significant light intensity at 400nm-500nm and 560nm-670nm wavelengths, respectively.
