The study then applied these materials to light-emitting diodes and laser diodes and explored the optical properties of these materials based on the results of their application. The characterization results show that light-emitting diodes and laser diode lighting devices prepared using these two materials exhibit significant light intensity at 400nm-500nm and 560nm-670nm wavelengths, respectively. The excellent illumination properties of these two carbon quantum dot fluorescence conversion materials are explained through research and development. The study then applied these materials to light-emitting diodes and laser diodes and explored the optical properties of these materials based on the results of their application. The characterization results show that light-emitting diodes and laser diode lighting devices prepared using these two materials exhibit significant light intensity at 400nm-500nm and 560nm-670nm wavelengths, respectively.
