A clinical analysis for laparoscopy combined with drug in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy to treat endometriosis.Methods In Taihe hospital,from January 2007 to March 2012,90 cases with endometriosis by operation were selected.They were divided into two groups.30 cases in group A were treated by open celiac,while 60 cases in group B were treated by laparoscopy.The curative effects in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the aspects of operative time,blood loss,highest temperature,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,hospital stay,group B were superior to that of group A(P 0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in serum level of CA125 before treatment between the two groups,but the serum levels of CA125 after treatment in the two groups decreased significantly,compared with before treatment(t = 9.24、13.81,P 0.001).Conclusion Laparoscopy is an effective treatment for patients with endometriosis.
