Сравнительные результаты хирургической коррекции трубно-перитонеального бесплодия

The paper presents a retrospective evaluation of surgical treatment of 136 patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility. For comparison, the results of two groups were studied: I – 65 patients who underwent laparoscopy and hysteroscopy simultaneously followed etiotropic therapy and II group – 71 patients who were subjected only to laparoscopy. Leading role in infection and maintenance of the chronic inflammatory process in the endometrium belongs to associations of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.
