Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of prognosis and clinical significance of combined treatment to endometriosis.Methods 100 cases of endometriosis treated by medicine or operation from 2007-2009 of our hospital were analyzed from the aspects of the recurrence rate,pregnancy rate,prognosis and the time of the treatment.Results The clinical results of the group received combined treatment are obviously better than the group received single kind of treatment.The comparative results of these groups have statistic significance(P0.05).The operation and the medication combined can shorten the time of the medical treatment.The pregnancy rate was obviously increased and the recurrence rate was decreased.Conclusions As for EMs,operation combined with medicine treatment can decrease the recurrence rate and increase the pregnancy rate.This kind of combined treatment which is worth promoting has certain clinical effect and is good for the prognosis of endometriosis.
