Abstract
Abstracts of the 13th Annual Meeting of the ESHRE, Edinburgh 1997 use of dexfenfluramine. Prospective participants were required to complete a symptom score sheet for 2 months; if this confirmed the diagnosis of PMS then they were recruited to the study. Patients were initially randomized to receive either placebo or dexfenfluramine 15 mg twice daily from day 14 to 2 days post menses. At 3 months the groups were crossed over. Cycles were monitored by a prospective rating score of 22 PMS symptoms.
