The effect of integrin--#beta#3 antisense oligonucletied resisting to the mice pregnance

OA: closed

Abstract

There was strong expression of integrin-#beta#_(3) in mice's endometriosis detected by Western blotting. When pseudopregnancy mice transfected by 10 pmol integrin-#beta#_(3) ASODN, the expression of integrin-#beta#_(3) in the indometriosis was weakened meanwhile no expression when 100 pmol did. Simple lipin didn't affect the expression. The natality of filial generation was estimated 19 days later. The inhibition rate of filial generation was 85% when transfected by integrin-#beta#_(3) ASODN. Integrin-#beta#_(3) ASODN could be integrated to the endometriosis of pseudo-pregnancy mice, and inhibited the expression of its albumen, then prevent the embryo's implantation.
