Effect analysis of laparoscopy surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility.Methods 86 cases of patients with endometriosis associated with infertility admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group,laparoscopic surgery was given to the control group,gestrinone was given to the treatment group based on the control group,the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the serum CA125 level of two gropes was lower than that before treatment,the difference was significant(P0.05),but the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).The excellent rate and pregnancy rate of treatment group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy surgery combined with gestrinone has significant effect on treating endometriosis associated with infertility,which is worthy of clinical using widely.
