The article describes singularities of clinical cases and quality of life of women with complicated climacteric syndrome, estimated clinico laboratory efficiency of treatment, frequency of side effects and quality of life changes in the time of treatment by hormonal replacement therapy and phyto-selective modulators of estrogen receptors. On the ground of research substantiated differentiated approach on examination of women with complicated climacteric syndrome.
