Abstract

The surge in jujube yield has left numerous farmers baffled about maintaining the freshness of these jubes. To tackle this issue, we've developed a jujube storage system that integrates Internet of Things technology. The system incorporates a programmable controller (PLC) as its core control, utilizes HMI for human-computer interaction, and sets up the system's equipment, transmission, and application layers. In collaboration with the Internet of Things cloud platform, this system utilizes TCP/IP protocol and the 4G network for transmitting data, easing the data exchange between the equipment layer and the cloud server, and managing the system's remote control via the cell phone applet. Data indicates the system's robustness, improving jujube's automated preservation and freshness, prolonging its shelf life and quality, and establishing it as a standard for intelligent fruit and vegetable storage.
