Results: The results showed that the postoperative recovery, psychological improvement, pain improvement at different time points, pulmonary function level, quality of life, complications and satisfaction in the ERAS group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion: It shows that the clinical efficacy of ERAS combined with psychological intervention is better than that of conventional intervention, which can significantly improve the pulmonary function level and psychological problems of patients, promote recovery, and has certain safety and is more easily accepted by patients.
