The study progression of the relation of insulin-like growth factor(IGF) and endometriosis.

This article briefly discussed constituent and structure of IGF family,their mechanism in much tumor and investigate advancement in endometriosis.The aim was to provide new dependence for diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.IGF-I and IGFBP-3 were concerned.IGF-I can motivate steroid harmonic production,cell proliferation and inhibit apoptosis,and it is concerned with much tumor.IGF-I can motivate ectopic endometria growth and is concerned with endometriosis.IGFBP-3 has contrary contribution to IGF-I,perhaps through it's combination with IGF-I.
