Abstract
The assessment of social and medical risk factors for menstrual disorders in women of reproductive age suffering from tuberculosis was caniedaet. It has been revealed that among social risk factors special attention must be paed to living conditions, the level of material wealth, education, nutrition, family status, employment, etc. Comprehensive assessment of obstetric-gynecological anamnesis has shown that among the risk factors in most patients late menarche – i (47,8%) of women is of great impartance. Study of hormonal function showed that under the presence of tuberculosis, violations of MC are largely determined by hyperestrogenemia. In the patients suffering from disseminated tuberculosis, mainly tendency for the absolute and relative estrogenia, MC lutein phase insufficiency, and predisposition to endometrial proliferative changes with concomitant hormone dependent gynecological pathology are observed. Under fibrous-cavernous tuberculosis the absolute or relative estrogenia and MC lutein phase insufficiency are observed, against which menstrual irregularities occurred in a form of algodysmenorrhea, often anovulatory cycles. In women with focal pulmonary tuberculosis with no signs of intoxication, MC violations occur occasionally. Concomitant gynecological pathology in patients suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis is as follows: inflammatory diseases of the external and internal genitalia, which also contributed to the violation of MC in this category of patients, uterine myoma, cervical erosion, and endocervicitis. Concomitant anaemia as a risk factor plays a significant role in the complications of menstrual function of women with tuberculosis.
