Abstract

The method for treating adenomyosis grade III-IV provides for the dissection of the highly altered pathological foci in the uterine wall without penetration into the cavity of the uterus followed by suturing the wall of uterus in three rows. Agonist releasing hormones are then provided for 3-6 months.
