Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the clinical application effects of microwave combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of rectal endometriosis(RE).[Methods]72 cases of rectal endometriosis patients treated in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,n = 36 cases,the observation group were taken microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and control group patients were taken regular conservative treatment,the occurrence of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.[Results]The observed 36 cases of patients cured,31 cases(86.10%),effective in 3 cases(8.30%),2 cases(5.60%),total effective rate was 94.40%,77.80% was significantly higher than The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).The observation group patients with a total of four cases of patients with adverse reactions,adverse reaction rate was 11.10%,significantly lower than the 33.30% of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical effect of combination of microwave and traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the rectal endometriosis is exactly,can significantly improve patients' clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions is low and easy to operate,high patient acceptability,is a safe and effective treatment rectouterine.The endometriosis approach which is worthy of further promote the use.
