Analysis on 136 secondary infertile women treated by laparoscope

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of female secondary infertility.Methods:136 secondary infertile women underwent laparoscopy,the therapies of pelvic diseases detected by laparoscopy were analysed.Results:136 cases were found with pelvic organic lesions,the positive rate was 100%.The incidences of pelvic adhesion and endometriosis were 52.9 %(72 cases) and 40.4%(55 cases),respectively.90.9% of pelvic adhesion and 7.6% of endometriosis complicated with single or bilateral obstruction of fallopian tube.61.1% of the cases had no self-feeling symptoms.Single or bilateral obstruction of fallopian tube induced by other causes were found in 9 cases.Conclusion:Pelvic adhesion,obstruction of fallopian tube and endometriosis are the major causes of female secondary infertility.Laparoscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of female secondary infertility.
