Observation of pregnancy outcome of laparoscope combined with triptorelin acetate for injection,gestrinone treating endometriosis

Objective To compare the pregnancy outcome of laparoscope combined with triptorelin acetate for injection,gestrinone treating endometriosis. Methods 80 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the group A(n=40) and group B(n=40).The group A was given laparoscope combined with triptorelin acetate for injection,while the group B was given laparoscope combined with gestrinone,the remission of symptoms,the recurrence rate and pregnancy in the two groups were observed. Results The pregnancy rate after the first year treatment in the group A was obviously higher than that after the second sd third year treatment(P0.05),and the pregnancy rate in the group A was obviously higher than that in the group B(P0.05);the remission rate in the group A was obviously higher than that in the group B(P0.05). Conclusion laparoscope combined with triptorelin acetate for injection,gestrinone treating endometriosis has significant effect,and can improve the pregnancy rate of patients,and it has higher clinical application value.
