Abstract

This work serves as the formal Validation and Implementation Report for the Holmes Unified Scaling Law (HUSL). Operational metrics for Zm (19.412 Hz), Chronetic Rate, and the Lattice Elastic Limit (E L) are here formally unified. All proprietary metrics are protected under German intellectual property statutes.
