Abstract
Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) is one of the medicines widely used to treat endometriosis (EM). GnRH-a combined with surgery could improve the immunologic function and enhance the endometrial receptivity so as to increase the pregnant rate. Being widely used in the field of the assisted reproductive technique, GnRH-a can be used to stimulate the final maturation of follicle in addition to the improvement of EM symptoms.Adjunctive therapy is needed after the administration of GnRH-a for 3~6 months. The use of GnRH-a may have an allergic reaction, but there is no adverse reaction report on pregnancy.
