Abstract

We reported a 21-year-old female patient with systemic lupus erythematosus, accomplicated with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome and neurogenic pulmonary edema. After hormone pulse and antiepileptic treatment, the patient's consciousness recovered, and the reexamination CT and cerebrospinal fluid examination were basically normal. There was no recurrence later.
