Effect comparison of laparoscopy and open surgery in treatment of ovarian endometriosis

Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis. Methods 86 cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis in our hospital from January 2010 to November2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with open surgery.The observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The operation indicators and follow-up situation of two groups were comprehensively compared. Results The operative time,first time of anal exhaust and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those of control group,blood loss was less than that of control group(P0.05);After 3-6 months of follow-up,the symptoms ease rate and recurrence rate of two groups had no statistical differences(P0.05);The pregnancy rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis has exact effect with minimally invasive,less blood loss and faster recovery.It′s good for conception.
