Analysis the Status and Influencing Factors of Infertility after the Reproductive by Laparoscopic

Objective To analyze influencing factors of infertility after the reproductive by laparoscopic,seek to improve the reproductive status and improve the pregnancy rate.Methods Analyze retrospectively the status and the related factors of 80 cases of infertility after the reproductive by laparoscopic from January 2005 to December 2008,to find out the reasons for causing infertility.Results 34 cases of intrauterine pregnancy after laparoscopic,accounting for 42.50%;three cases of ectopic pregnancy,accounting for 3.75%;the 43 cases not yet pregnant,accounting for 53.75%.Retrospective analysis suggests that:the major factors in infertility patients are pelvic inflammatory disease,salpingitis,tubal umbrella side atresia,endometriosis.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is the preferred treatment of infertility surgical pelvic lesions,An important means to improve the situation of reproduction after laparoscopic are actively to prevent pelvic inflammatory disease and to infertility Treatment.
