Abstract

Controlling and preventing infectious diseases requires a deep comprehension of the variables influencing transmission. In addition to outlining many of the agent, host, and environmental factors that are particularly significant to public health practitioners, this article provides an overview of the basic concepts of infectious disease transmission. Additionally discussed are the fundamentals of infectious illness diagnosis, management, and prevention.
