Abstract

Endometriozisin klinik olarak gidisi ve steroid reseptor durumu arasindaki iliskiyi belirlemek amaoiyla estrogen reseptor [EFT] ve progesteron reseptor {PR} icin immun dokukimyasal boylar: endometriozisl'i 15 hastanin endometriotik lezyonlarinin (n: 1?) ve endometriumlarinin to: 3] formatinda fikse edilip paratinde bloklanan kesitlerine uygulandi. Onbes hastanin yedisine preoperatif hormonal sagaltim yapildi. Endometriumlarrn tamaminda ve 1? endometriotik lezyonun lo'sinda, bezlerde ve stromada EFi ve F'Ft icin spesifik nukleer boyanma gozlendi. Boyanma siddeti (T+-3+,l ve yayginligi t1+-4+ji semikarititatil olarak belirlendi. Preoperatif hormonal sagaltimli hastalarla, digerleri arasinda anlamli bir boyanma ayrimi gozlenmedi. Uveryumdaki ln: ?) ve ovaryum disindaki tn: to] endometrial implantlar benzer boyanma paterni gosterdi. Sonuc olarak; belirgin klinik bulgusu olan endometriozisli hastalarin endometriotik lezyonlarinda immun dokukimyasal yontemle estrogen ve progesteron reseptorlerinin uniform olarak bulundugu saptanmistir. Preoperatif hormonal sagaltim ile reseptorlerde anlamli bir azalma izlenmemistir
