The finite element analysis method will be used to carry out simulation tests on the tools with different parameters of the micro-weave structure on the front face and rear face of the tool. This will allow for the determination of a reasonable range of micro-weave structure parameters. These parameters will then be combined to make the front and rear faces of the micro-weave structure tool. Finally, simulation tests will be carried out. These tests will evaluate the milling force, tool wear, and workpiece surface roughness. Finally, the milling test design, milling force, tool wear, and workpiece surface roughness are used as a criterion to evaluate the milling performance of the front and rear face weaving tool and the front and rear micro-weaving tool compared to the non-weaving tool. The milling of 304 stainless steel can effectively reduce the milling force by 19.4%, reduce the temperature by 19%, and reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece by 43%. It also has a relatively significant effect on reducing tool wear.
