Risk factors which influence on the outcome of surgical treatment of patients aged from 14 to 72 years having purulent inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages were determined in the study. 706 females were examined during the study. Main risk factors which are the outcome predictors are laparoscopies, uterine and both appendages extirpation, both uterine appendages extirpation, extirpation of uterine tube.
