Abstract
Objective: To explore effective nursing measures for endometriosis patients who were treated with E-laparoscopy combining with drugs. Methods: A total of 106 endometriosis patients who were admitted to our hospital during June 2005-January 2009 were treated with laparoscopy combining with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-α).Adequate preoperative preparation and postoperative cares, prevention were applied. Results: The comprehensive measures were effective on 85 of the 106 cases, accounting for 80.19%,basically effective on 13 cases(12.26%),ineffective on 5 cases(4.72%).The recurrence rate was 2.83%(3 cases). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α treatment is effective on endometriosis by reducing the recurrence rate, and improving pregnancy chance. It is an effective clinical treatment and worth for clinical application.
