Abstract
The dates of the research car vied out by us confirm that, the emergence of the post tabor endometriosis in the majority of cases emerges on the 4 th 7 th twenty four hours move often it is observed in those women who gave birth who had complications during pregnancy (hystosis 4,8%, anemia 1,4%, sharpening of pyelonephritis 38,2%). After the emergent operative labarum endometriosis emerges in 54% of cases. On its frequency influences in 34% of cases lengthy waterless break (first group 16, 4%, second group 14, 3%, third group 2%), hypotonic bleeding (2, 7%; 5, 7%; 4%), abnormality of the separation and placenta's discharge (6, 3%; 5, 7%; 0%); hand examination of uterus's cavity (16,3%; 11, 4%; 8%) and hand separation of placenta (6,3%; 5,7%; 0%). Horioamnionitis is the high risk factor of the endometriosis's development of women who gave as (first group 29, 1%, second 28%). The first lab ours meet endometriosis in 58, 5% of cases repeatedly, giving birth in 41,5% and many times giving birth in 38,4% of cases. The objection influence of the integrated Therapy with the use of ozone lasers and tymphotropous therapy was displayed in decrease of fever, the change of temperature's curve kind, normalization of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of pulse, arterial, pressure, there was marked the acceleration of uterus's involution on 3 days, the leukocytes formula improved SSE decreased. The analysis of clinical condition of laboratory dates of instrumental research in dynamics allows to make a conclusion about substantial advantages of ozone laser and lymphotropous therapy's use in integrated treatment of women with postlabour endometriosis.
