Abstract
The paper presents the literature data and own observations, showing a high information content, safety and acceptability of offi ce hysteroscopy for diagnosing endometrial pathology in women with reproductive disorders. An examination of 485 patients with recur-rent miscarriages at 51.3% were diagnosed chronic endometritis, 22% — polyps of the endometrium, 2.8% — endometriosis uterus, 0.5% — Asherman syndrome, a 2.4% — a malformation. High effi ciency and compliance investigations can be recommended for widespread use in prenatal clinics.
