Abstract

Objective To evaluate the endurance of patients for operation with gynecology laparoscope.Methods Sixty-five ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients were injected luminal 0.1g before anaesthesia.All patients used epidural anaesthesia.The degree of pain,anxiety,nausea,lethargy was investigated when patients were quiet,cough and activity by visual analogue scale(VSA).Results The percentage of patients who used antiemetic was 88%,patients thought that postoperation nausea and vomiting is the distressest experience and 90% patiens thought it isn't necessary for analgesia at this time.Conclusion Postoperation nausea and vomiting is a clinical question which should be put emplasis on and be resolved in gynecology laparoscope patients.
