Endometriosis of the lower genital tract. Treatment tactics

Abstract
The issues of endometriosis of the lower genital tract, its most frequent symptoms, diagnosis and main treatment methods were considered. Special attention was paid to cervical endometriosis. Surgical intervention allows obtaining histological confirmation and removal of visible foci of endometriosis, which is a priority regarding endometriosis of the lower genital tract. The aspects of hormone therapy in patients with endometriosis of the lower genital tract were also covered, the advantages of dienogest were shown.
