Abstract

Research objective was to study risk factors influencing outcome of surgical treatment of patients aged 14-72 with purulent inflammatory disease of uterine appendages hospitalized for treatment in inpatient gynecology department following emergency visit. Research results allowed determining risk factors predicting with high percentage of certainty outcome of surgical treatment: 1) sanitation surgeries 99,3%; 2) laparoscopy 98,1%; 3) hysterectomy of uterine and appendages (both sides) 94,7%; 4) removal of appendages (both sides) 98,7%; 5) removal of uterine tube 98,4%. In all coupling coefficient approximates to 1.
