Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging for polypoid lesions of gallbladder. Methods:The features of ultrasonographic imaging of 56 cases were analyzed, including 38 with cholysterol polyp, 7 with ade-nomyosis, 5 with adenoma and 6 with gallbladder carcinoma. Results:Diameter of cholysterol polypoid and adenomyosis were smaller than 10mm,while the diameter of adenoma and carcinoma were larger than 10mm. RKresistence index) 0. 60 have stastic value in differiential diagnosis for PLG. Conclusion: Color Doppler Flow Imaging is an important technique for diagnosis of polypoid lesions of gallbladder.
