Больовий синдром у жінок репродуктивного віку з оваріковарікоцеле. Клінічна характеристика

The article is devoted to the study of pathognomonic signs of symptomatic ovarian varicosity among women of childbearing age by prospective analysis of the patients' complaints. The results of this research indicate that characteristic signs of pelvic pain among women with ovarian varicosity are chronic dull or heavy pelvic pain with irradiation in iliac and lumbosacral region. The factors that exacerbate the pain are physical exercises, forced standing and sitting position, coitus interruptus, the second half of menstrual cycle. Birth parity can be a risk factor of ovarian varicosity development.
