Fragestellung: Die Erkrankung der Endometriose (EM) ist typischerweise mit Schmerzen assoziiert, wobei gezeigt werden konnte, dass im Stroma und in der Nähe der Läsion lokalisierte Nervenfasern in der Ätiologie der Schmerzentstehung eine Rolle spielen1. Ziel der Untersuchungen war es ein in vitro Modell zur Interaktionsanalyse zwischen Endometriose- und Nervenzellen zu etablieren.
