Abstract

Objective to analyze the gynecologic laparoscopic perioperative nursing measures.Methods select our hospital from June 2013 to April 2014 of department of gynaecology during 50 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,randomly divided into two groups,each group of 25 cases of observation group patients give perioperative nursing,the control group given routine nursing care,compare the nursing method and the effect of two groups of patients.Results two groups of patients after nursing intervention were successfully completed surgery,but the observation group of patients with operation time,hospitalization time significantly shorter than the control group,nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,the complication rates significantly lower than the control group,the results were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion targeted nursing during gynecological laparoscopic surgery,not only can improve the effect of clinical treatment,shorten the surgery and hospitalization time of patients and at the same time,it can effectively relieve patients' pain,reduce the patients with postoperative complications.
