Результаты анализа данных лечебно-диагностических лапароскопий, произведенных у женщин с бесплодием в гинекологическом отделении ОКБ г. Иркутска в 2000-2005 гг

We have examined 240 women aged 27 ± 6 years with span of sterility from 1 to 6 years. It was determined that 20 sterile couples had a number of causes of sterility including: endocrine disorders (hyperprolactine-mia, hyperandrogenism), tube-peritoneal and male factors of sterility. External genital endometriosis was diagnosed in 34,58 %. Disturbance of uterine tube patency was the main cause of sterility in women that had no hormone dependant pathologies of the organs of small pelvis (81,4 %), at external genital endometriosis the incidence of tube factor constituted 37,4 %.
