Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Qu Yi Kang on the celiac liquid IL-2 and IL-6 of endometriosis rats and explore its treatment mechanism. Methods: 40 healthy female rats were divided into 4 groups.Group A was given an open-and-close abdominal operation.Group B,C and D were equally given intimal transplants. After the models were made, group A and B were infused with normal salt solution while group C and D were infused with Qu Yi Kang(traditional Chinese medicine) and Dan Na Chuo(western medicine). After 4 weeks, the collection of celiac liquid by the open-and-close abdominal operation was determined to the level of IL-2 and IL-6.Results: Qu Yi Kang could decease the density of IL-2 and IL-6 of the endometriosis rats(P0.05;P0.01).Conclusion: Qu Yi Kang can obviously improve the abdominal microcirculation and its treatment mechanism may probably operate by decreasing the level of IL-2 and IL-6 cell agent to inhibit the production of the endometriosis.
