Abstract

异位病灶微环境的免疫失调是EMs发病的主要原因之一。近年来，中药通过调控免疫细胞和补体系统功能、调节机体细胞因子及抗体水平等多角度、多层次干预EMs发生发展的研究逐渐增多，较多随机对照试验证明中药可有效调控免疫系统功能，提高机体防御能力、缓解炎症，从而阻止异位内膜的种植与侵袭。文章旨在全面总结调节机体免疫因素治疗EMs的中药复方、单体、提取物，分析其具体机制及随机对照试验取得的进展，明确研究现状及不足，为干预EMs的发生发展开辟新的临床治疗道路。
