Abstract

The aim of the present invention is the use of mineralcorticoid receptor antagonists for the production of a drug for the treatment of endometriosis. The present invention particularly relates to an improved therapeutic agent against endometriosis, which has a more favorable effectiveness profile and /or profile of side effects than previously available treatment therapies. W ith a mineralcorticoid receptor antagonist, endometriosis can be lastingly t reated without resulting in a loss of bone mass.
