The Clinical Study of Endometriosis Treated by Tiaojing Yimu Tablets Combined Gestrinone

Objective:To study the effects of Tiaojing Yimu tablets combined gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis.Methods:127 cases of endometriosis were selected from January 2006 to December 2008 in our hospital including outpatients or inpatienta of obstetrics and gynecology,and were randomly divided into treatment group(A group,58 cases)and control group(B group,69 cases).A group was treated with Tiaojing Yimu tablets and gestrinone capsules,B group was treated with oral gestrinone capsule.Efficacy in patients,monitoring changes of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and serum CA125 and drug safety indicators were comprehensive assessed.Results: Curative rate and total effective rate of A group were better than B group;A group had no less efficient than B group(P0.05).Dysmenorrhea treatment compared to the situation,A group of patients without dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea in patients of A group with moderate rates were better than the B group(P0.05),and no patients were with severe dysmenorrhea.After treatment,E2,P and CA125 level of A group were controlled better than those in group B(P0.05).It was no significant in gastrointestinal symptoms after treatment and affecting liver and kidney function(P0.05).Conclusion:Tiaojing Yimu tablets plus gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis is effective,so this will enrich the treatment of endometriosis.
