The study design consists of six groups: Each group consisted of five rats; the control groups were fed a standard diet for 60 days, while the test groups were fed a low-iron diet (AIN-93G). To conduct the hematological and immunoassay studies, blood was collected from the retro-orbital region of both the control and test groups at different time points. The hemoglobin levels in the test groups were significantly lower than those in the control groups. The data was analysed statistically using paired t-tests to differentiate between the control and test groups. p < 0.05 was considered to be the level of significance. After the end of the study, one rat from each group was sacrificed, and organs (brain, heart, liver, kidney, spleen, and lungs) were carefully dissected for histological analysis. This study successfully established the IDA animal model by modifying the standard diet to include iron-free corn oil and an iron-deficit mineral mix for 60 days. animal model by investigating various factors such as hematology levels and histological analysis using the AIN-93G iron deficit diet.In this study, we used 30 Wistar rats with a body weight of 200\u0026ndash;250 g and a normal Hb range of \u0026gt;\u0026thinsp;18.0 g/dL. The study design consists of six groups: Each group consisted of five rats; the control groups were fed a standard diet for 60 days, while the test groups were fed a low-iron diet (AIN-93G). To conduct the hematological and immunoassay studies, blood was collected from the retro-orbital region of both the control and test groups at different time points. The hemoglobin levels in the test groups were significantly lower than those in the control groups. The data was analysed statistically using paired t-tests to differentiate between the control and test groups. \u003cem\u003ep\u003c/em\u003e\u0026thinsp;\u0026lt;\u0026thinsp;0.05 was considered to be the level of significance. After the end of the study, one rat from each group was sacrificed, and organs (brain, heart, liver, kidney, spleen, and lungs) were carefully dissected for histological analysis.
