Analysis of the clinical effectiveness of treatment of endometrial polyps in 127 postmenopausal women with obesity using hysteroresektoscopiс technology, as well as the appointment of hormonal and metabolic therapy in the postoperative period. It is proved that the correction of insulin resistncemetforminom and the appointment of agonist gonadotropin hormones increases the efficiency of operational treatment of endometrial polyps in women with obesity in postmenopausal period.
