Abstract
Objective: To investigate Human leukocyte antigen-G(HLA-G) mRNA expression in the endometrium of endometriosis(EM).Methods: 30 women with ovarian endometriosis(OEM),30 women without EM were recruited as study grou and control group,respectively.FQ-RT PCR was used for quantitative detection of the difference on HLA-G mRNA expression in the endometrium between two groups.2-△△CT method was used for analyzing the difference on HLA-G mRNA expression. Results: HLA-G mRNA expression of OEM group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the ratio is 3.5/1.There was no obvious correlation between the expression of OEM and adenomycsis(AM).Conclusion: Higher HLA-G mRNA may be related to the pathomechanism of EM.
