Abstract

Objective: To approach clinical applied value of different hysterectomy among total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH), classic inferior supercervical hysterectomy (CISH) and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH). Methods: One hundred and two patients with uterus benign diseases, 72 cases were leiomyomas, 30 cases were adenomyosis,102 cases were divided to three groups, there were 32 cases in CISH group, 30 cases in LAVH group and 40 cases in TAH group, compared with operational time, bleeding condition duriug operation and condition after operation. Results: The operation time of LAVH and CISH groups were longer than TAH group obviously, but operational bleeding were less than TAH group, the time to apply antibiotic after operation, out-of-bed activity time, passage of gas by anus time, average length of stay were shorter than TAH group obviously (P0.05). Conclusion: Compare to TAH, CISH and LAVH are effective hystrerectomia modality. Less damage and recover quickly are their features.
