Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of serum CA125 and TSGF in patients with endometriosis(EMT) before and after treatment. Methods: 30 endometriosis patients received from January 2007 to December 2010 as observation group and 30 healthy women as control group were involved in this study, the expression and positive rates of CA125 and TSGF in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, levels of CA125 and TSGF in endometriosis group were higher than those in control group(P0.001),the positive rates of single detection and joint detection of CA125 and TSGF in EMT group were both higher than those in control group(P0.001),and the positive rate of joint detection was higher than that of single detection(P0.05).After treatment for 3 months, levels of CA125 and TSGF in endometriosis group were obvious lower than before treatment(P0.05),which had no statistical difference with control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Serum CA125,TSGF joint detection has important clinical significance in diagnosis of endometriosis.
